点评：Well the service was appalling, firstly i went to use the bathroom. There was no sign saying pay 200 dram,no lady in near or around asking in advance for cash so i went to the signposted bathroom. What ensued was tantamount to harrassment. A lady in black started demanding in Armenian that i pay her 200 dram. I showed her a 20,000 note as that's all I had. She had no change (unlike professional ladies in khor virap and other churches). She kept showing me 200 dram, she insisted i go to the souvenir shop..so i did, he didnt have change either. I walked back to my husband and guide. As my group was leaving she again approached the entire group (AGAIN she had no change for 20,000,no sign,no desk,no solution just stubbourness and a smirk..what service does she actually provide?). Some tourists that don't speak english and didn't understand I wanted to pay but not for 100 toilet trips (the guides joke not mine!!).
Well those tourists suggested the police be called and that if I could afford the trip to Armenia I could afford 200 dram (I actually had to show my entire bus 20,000 dram and ask 'what now').
Tell your staff to get a sign, get some change,sit outside the bathroom and don't go begging for a 'service' that didn't actually happen with them after the event has happened entirely solo.

翻译：服务真是糟糕透了。首先，我去洗手间。那里没有标明要付200德拉姆的牌子，附近也没有人提前索要现金，所以我去了有指示牌的洗手间。接下来发生的事简直就是骚扰。一个穿黑衣服的女人开始用亚美尼亚语索要我付给她200德拉姆。我给她看了一张20000德拉姆的钞票，因为我身上只有这么多钱。她没有零钱找零（不像霍尔维拉普和其他教堂里那些专业的收银员）。她一直给我看那200德拉姆，坚持让我去纪念品商店……于是我去了，结果纪念品商店也没有零钱找零。我只好走回我丈夫和导游那里。我们一行人离开的时候，她又一次走过来找我们所有人（她还是没有20000德拉姆的零钱找零，没有牌子，没有收银台，没有任何解决办法，只有一副固执己见和冷笑的样子……她到底提供了什么服务？）。有些游客不会说英语，他们没听懂我想付钱，但不是付100次上厕所的费用（这是导游的玩笑，不是我的！）。
结果这些游客建议报警，还说既然我都能负担得起去亚美尼亚的旅行，就应该付得起200德拉姆（我当时不得不拿出20000德拉姆给全车乘客，然后问“现在怎么办”）。
告诉你们的员工，拿个牌子，找点零钱，坐在厕所外面等着，别在事情完全由我一个人处理之后，还跑来乞求他们提供的“服务”。
