Fantastic fun for families!

点评：We visited Supakart on Saturday and have visited previously having an absolutely brilliant time. I felt I had to leave a review after reading some of the negative comments, because they really don’t reflect our experiences at all.
The staff were friendly, organised and very clear about the safety rules from the start. It’s obvious those rules are there for a reason — it’s motorsport, not a free-for-all. We actually saw a couple of drivers being pulled up for ignoring instructions, and to be honest, the staff handled it professionally and fairly.
If anything, it reassured us that safety is taken seriously, especially with younger drivers on the track. Our session ran smoothly, the karts were great, and the whole experience felt well managed.
The addition of the snack bar is a great idea for refuelling during your breaks or even stopping for a bit of lunch, selling bacon rolls, pasties, pizzas, freshly made cakes and cookies there is something for everyone. They even offer takeaway options which the kids loved, we grabbed a few of the huge cookies to take home.
I think some of the bad reviews come from people who didn’t follow the rules and didn’t like being told. From what we saw, if you listen to the briefing and respect the staff, you’ll have a fantastic time.
It is extremely unfair that anyone can go online and write what they want regardless of the true facts. Look at the other reviews, take in to consideration how long they have been running, that it is a local business family run, despite Covid, fuel increases, cost of living crisis and many more hurdles they are still going strong and providing customers with a unique experience.
We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend for families or groups looking for something fun and well run.

任何人都可以随意在网上发表不实评论，这非常不公平。看看其他评论，想想他们已经经营了多久，这是一家本地家族企业，尽管面临疫情、油价上涨、生活成本危机以及其他诸多挑战，他们依然蓬勃发展，为顾客提供独特的体验。
我们一定会再来的——强烈推荐给正在寻找有趣且管理完善的场所的家庭或团体。
