Stung by car park sharks
Branscombe Beach的点评
点评：LOVE Branscombe beach itself - but avoid the car park. You can park further up the road at the village hall and walk down.
We have been fined £100 on two different occasions, despite actually PAYING in the first place both times. The signs say that you can top up later if you overstay. We did this… only to find that their machine wasn’t working. So we took a picture of the error on the machine, thinking it could all be explained. But the company aren’t budging and are still fining us, even though it was their error in the first place.
I’m not sure if it’s the same people that own the cafe and car park, but whoever owns the parking needs to end their contract with this company. For anyone who knows the parking situation at Haven banks in Exeter… it’s very similar here. And no one local parks at Haven Banks!
