点评:The half of Snezka that we walked was very beautiful, was a genuine winter wonderland, I'd say if you have the time (Like we didn't) definitely go all the way if you're planning on hiking it, keep an eye on the weather and time, the hike is recommended for beginners.. but make sure you wrap up warm and follow the correct trail markings else you might get lost, the weather started to take a turn on our way back down, don't rely on Google maps too much (follow the yellow trail), bring plenty of water.
We didn't see any wild animals, but we went in knowing that brown bear were native to Czech and didn't let it bother us at first... until we saw a few big tracks, (Not a tracker/hunter) all I'll say is make better preparations and precautions than we did if you venture out into the woods, the B word wasn't a joke after seeing those tracks and was a bit on edge on the way back.
The sights at the town of Pec pod Sněžkou were also very nice, the townsfolk are friendly, although a lot of the restaurants and shops were closed as well as the cable car up to Snezka (Wrong season maybe?)
Overall great spot for some pictures, snowboarding and hiking, just make sure you're in the right season so everything opens up a bit more and if you're walking the wilderness trails, bring a guide... or some bear spray.
