Big scam and frightening experience!!

点评：Big scam! Avoid at all cost..
Here are simple facts of my experience with Claudius the boat operator:
- I booked with confirmation on date and paid deposit more than two months ago, then 7 days before the trip, he sends me a message saying that trip day is not possible without mentioning any reason! this is mid August in very high season and I have no option but to be flexible and choose another date with him! I chose a day earlier despite being my first day after a long travel and arriving late.
- the trip meeting time is 9:30am to leave at 10am as clearly mentioned in the itinerary and their website. The night before the trip he wanted to leave earlier at 9:00am. I told him this is not possible as we are staying in a far hotel and we just arrived to town late the night before. Remember that my original date was not the next day right after arriving but had to change it as mentioned above!
- I insisted on sticking to the itinerary timing, but he replied back as per the following quote (I have WhatsApp evidence of the chat): “ I am the big boss and I want your face at 9am in front of the boat. If this not possible for you .., and you will come too late.., you miss the excursion. Very easy and simple. “
- I was scared to go out in the sea with such aggressive person and as expected he didn’t give me back my deposit. I lost 80 euros and got this very rude attitude.
- I told him that I will write about my experience to reveal how badly he treats his customers. He wanted me to give an excellent review as a condition to give me back my money!! add blackmailing to the list of my horrible experience!!
PS. I have all the snapshots of my WhatsApp chat that verifies all the above.

- 我坚持要按行程时间安排，但他回复了以下内容（我有 WhatsApp 聊天记录）：“我是老板，我希望你早上 9 点出现在船前。如果你做不到……而且来得太晚……你就错过了这次行程。非常简单。”
- 我很害怕和这种咄咄逼人的人一起出海，不出所料，他没有退还我的押金。我损失了 80 欧元，而且还遭到了如此粗鲁的态度。
- 我告诉他，我会把我的经历写下来，揭露他对待顾客的恶劣态度。他想让我给好评，作为退款的条件！！在我糟糕的经历清单上再加一条勒索！
附言：我有我所有的 WhatsApp 聊天快照，可以证实以上所有情况。
