Serious security concerns and a very disappointing experience

点评：I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone.
We stayed here with a group of friends and booked three rooms. One of the first things we noticed was that every room key could open all three rooms, which is a serious security issue and made us feel unsafe from the beginning.
On the first day of our stay, we hid our handbag under the mattress for safety. Unfortunately, when we checked out, we completely forgot that it was there. As soon as we realized our mistake, we called the hotel immediately and then returned in person.
By the time we came back, the handbag had disappeared. It contained our money, our official documents, our driving licence, our digital identity documents and many irreplaceable personal belongings.
Losing the money is not what hurts the most. Losing our personal documents and belongings is devastating, and replacing them will take an enormous amount of time, effort and money.
What disappointed us even more was the hotel’s response. Only the receptionist spoke to us. The manager was never called, and nobody suggested asking the housekeeper who had cleaned the room to help clarify what had happened. We felt completely alone with a very serious problem.
I cannot say what happened to our handbag, but it disappeared after we left the room and has never been found.
The hotel should have taken this situation much more seriously. Instead, we felt that nobody was genuinely trying to help us. We left feeling helpless, deeply disappointed and completely abandoned in a foreign country.
If you value your personal belongings and your peace of mind, I strongly recommend choosing a different accommodation.
