点评:We did not book a tour, but visited the museum on our own. What a wonderful experience it was to visit the beautiful home where Luciano Pavarotti spent the final years of his life. Walking through the house felt almost as though we had been invited into the home of a beloved friend—albeit a very famous one.
Everything was so warm and personal, and the home looked as if it could still be lived in today. The many photographs, costumes, personal belongings, awards, and paintings created by Pavarotti himself gave us such an intimate glimpse into his life. By the end of the visit, it truly felt as though we had come to know him a little better, not only as one of the world’s greatest tenors, but also as a person.
The museum left me eager to revisit his many extraordinary songs and performances and to appreciate his remarkable talent all over again.
Afterward, we enjoyed a beautiful lunch at Ristorante Europa 92, also known as the Pavarotti restaurant, conveniently located right next to the museum. It was the perfect ending to a very special and memorable visit.
