Mount Washington Alpine Resort的点评
点评：I travelled from London to Mount Washington to complete my ski instructor training course. Unfortunately, due to the extremely dangerous conditions in the car park — which was comparable to an ice rink — I slipped, fell, and broke my kneecap.
From that point onward, the way I was treated by the resort was appalling. While I was in hospital, the Head of the Snow School visited me and told me I would not be able to make a workplace injury claim regarding the incident. This was incredibly inappropriate and intimidating to hear immediately after my diagnosis and after spending hours waiting in a foreign hospital.
I also experienced repeated issues with payment, having to request outstanding pay four separate times before receiving a response. In addition, I was informed that images of my X-rays had been circulated among resort staff via email without my consent, which raised serious concerns about how my personal medical information was handled.
Overall, I would not recommend this resort. In my experience, it was poorly managed, disorganised, and showed little regard for staff welfare or public safety.
