Filthy spa, would not recommend

点评：The member of staff who explained our treatments on arrival was fantastic (Hayley), she was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rest of the day went downhill from here. The spa area is filthy. The Pool is cold, the sauna had a food wrapper under a bench and the wood is very tired and old. The steam room had a dirty tissue on one of the benches and one of the showers had a huge clump of hair someone had saved from the drain and left on the handle. The sun loungers by the pool were filthy. The steam room smells musty, no lovely oils. In fact there were no lovely smells anywhere. The soap in the changing rooms was a watered down foam in a pump dispenser on the wall and there were no products provided in the shower whatsoever. I have never been to a spa where nothing is provided. The robes were stained and the towels tiny.
The massage (work it out) was not as it had been written or explained with no body brushing. Upon leaving you are asked to carry your wet towels and robes to reception, the staff just stared at us standing there, there is no where to put them and nobody was forthcoming in taking them.
The jacuzzi area is nice. The welcome drinks were nice. But apart from that Hayley is wasted here and it was sadly a waste of money.

翻译：抵达时为我们讲解护理项目的工作人员（Hayley）非常棒，她热情友好，乐于助人。但之后的体验却每况愈下。水疗区脏乱不堪。泳池水温很低，桑拿房的长凳下竟然有食物包装纸，而且木质家具陈旧破损。蒸汽房的长凳上放着一张脏纸巾，淋浴间的把手上挂着一大团头发，显然是有人从排水口捞出来的。泳池边的躺椅也脏兮兮的。蒸汽房里弥漫着一股霉味，完全没有精油的香味。事实上，整个水疗中心都闻不到任何香味。更衣室里的肥皂是稀释过的泡沫，装在墙上的按压式皂液器里，淋浴间里也没有任何洗浴用品。我从未见过哪个水疗中心连洗浴用品都不提供。浴袍上有污渍，毛巾也小得可怜。
按摩（自己琢磨吧）完全没有按照菜单或说明进行，也没有使用身体刷。离开时，工作人员要求我们把湿毛巾和浴袍带到前台，他们只是盯着我们站在那里，既没有地方放，也没有人主动帮忙拿走。
按摩浴缸区很不错，迎宾饮品也很好喝。但除此之外，Hayley 完全被浪费了，这次入住体验真是浪费钱。
