A total SCAM, never book with Island Trek Tours- they are dishonest and lie about everything

点评：Never book the whale sharks tour with them. It is a scam.
First they say it starts at 4am pick up, but the day before they now tell you you need to be ready at 3am.
You get there after waking up at 2am and you discover that you need to queue a huge line to get a ticket. This is never mentionned on their website that you might wait 3h. Anyway we queue for 1h just to learn that finally there is so much people that we will most likely not be able to have a spot ... And some tourists are even kept on waiting for 3-4h before hearing that it will not be possible to get on a boat.
When you go on the website of island trek tours you think that as you are booking the tour, you will get a spot but that's in fact not guaranteed and you might end up loosing a day of your holiday for nothing, just be in a car for 7hours .... do something else with your time and money!
And the worst in this story is that when Aurio from the company informed me about the need to wake up earlier, and I was trying to understand if it still really made sense for us to screw up a night of sleep, he confirmed in black and white that we would get to do the activity and see the whale sharks. He failed to mention that 1) he had Zero control, 2) we might have to wait for HOURS.
A very sad experience which again I would urge you all not to do and surely not with Island Trek Tours. Truly horrible experience, feeling exhausted and not doing anything except sitting in the car for 7h!

这是一次非常糟糕的经历，我再次强烈建议大家不要参加，尤其不要选择Island Trek Tours。真是太可怕了，感觉筋疲力尽，却只能在车里坐了7个小时！
