点评：We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Buggy & Waterfall excursion! From start to finish, everything was organized, exciting, and exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to our guide, Jorge, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made sure everyone felt safe while having an amazing time. His energy and enthusiasm truly made the excursion even more enjoyable.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Renee, who personally greeted us upon arrival. He was incredibly welcoming, genuine, and made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. It was obvious that he takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience for every guest.
The entire staff at both the buggy location and the waterfall location were amazing. Every single person we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service made the day even more memorable.
If you’re visiting Puerto Plata, this is an excursion you don’t want to miss. The buggy ride is a blast, the waterfalls are breathtaking, and the people make the entire experience unforgettable. We can’t recommend Jorge, Renee, and the entire team highly enough. We would absolutely do this excursion again!
