He told me that they had only bought the assets, not the company, so they weren’t responsible for honoring our vouchers, and that I should “go find the owner myself” if I wanted my complaint addressed. When I expressed my frustration at this level of customer service, he hung up on me.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
