点评：Nolan’s was more than I expected. A sitting room, a bar, cigar sales, huge humidor… impressive! We walked in from the parking lot side east door. Right away, you knew you were in a cigar bar, you could smell it. The lights were dim in a sitting room to the left, and further back was the bar area. Cozy. Comfortable. Several people were here enjoying the atmosphere. Towards the front, take a look around the walk-in humidor and browse the amazing cigar choices. Don’t make any rash decisions on your purchases. Staff is very helpful in finding a cigar that is right for you. I know this… I need to come back and spend more time here.
I cracked a cheap cigar joke with one of the employees and he gave a slight grin, he might have even rolled his eyes. At that point, I realized that my joke was not that funny and told him I’m sure he’s heard that dumb joke before. He told me he hears it at least once a day, and he has worked here for years. The joke… while standing in the amazing humidor surrounded by hundreds of incredible cigars, I jokingly asked… “Where are the Swisher Sweets!” The employee quickly realized I was joking and he told me… “There are many people that come in here and ask that as a serious question.” What?!? Seriously?
There! You’ve been warned. Swisher Sweets are NOT sold here. Don’t ask. Do yourself a favor and ask for any recommendations that the employees are willing to share. I’m sure you will be happy that you did.
