Yasuragi Day Spa的点评
点评：The place is exceptional, unfortunately I coudn't relax as I would have liked to...
I was irritated first because I never could come into my account as I was supposed to do before I went to the spa and I didn't get much help to do it. I still don't know what I was supposed to read there. Maybe that the price my son who booked for me paid was not the price announced from the start. The admission fee change very quickly and it's not clearly explained on the site.
Then when I arrived at Yasuragi I wasn't much helped. The person I met at the reception on my arrival ignored me in a way that is not acceptable. The same happened later on at the restaurant where I had a feeling that I was invisible and I waited much too long to be first attended, then served although it was not full at all. The clients are not the priority of the most of the staff.
The only friendly and helpfull person I came across was working downstairs in the changing room and baths. I had to look for her and ask for her help several times as nothing was clearly explained and I couldn't find my way to different places. There is no map over the whole place and it was my first time at the spa!
