Baytree Owl and Raptor Centre的点评
点评：We visited as a family (2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 17) to take part in two experiences - the family experience, and the Raven experience. Firstly, we needed to change the planned dates at very short notice. Mark's customer service was fantastic and he couldn't have been more helpful and understanding.
When the day came, we were made to feel very welcome. Our son adores corvids so he was very happy to spend time with Doodles the Raven. The experiences were both very personal, yet professionally run, and it felt like we really got to know the personalities of the birds involved. Fraggle was a particular favourite!
The staff are very knowledgeable. They clearly adore the birds, and each was well looked after. All areas were clean, with the needs of the birds clearly well met.
We all had a fabulous time, a very memorable one for all the right reasons.
