Too hot in July, but GREAT place to camp and fish at!

点评：Great place to camp at, you can paddle board and/or kayak on the river, fish, go on trail hikes, and enjoy the gorgeous view of the park.
My family and I went on July 4th weekend, but we didn’t get to stay long as planned. It was too hot the time we went, but we’d definitely be back during a cooler and decent weather.
It’s $5/night, which isn’t bad. You can do various activities on land and on the river. We camped with tents, although we noticed not a lot of people do that. Majority camp with their RVs, but no matter, there’s lots of space for tent campers.
Clean restrooms are available. No showers. Rangers are active from 10am-2pm to give tours, assist campers or day-time users with any questions, and to maintain the facilities.
The park is open 24/7 all year round and has a great history about Idaho’s Guffey Railroad Bridge, the petroglyphs, and more.
