The worst and most unsafe travel experience of my life

点评：On November 21st, 2025, we took the night bus from Nasca to Arequipa and had the most frightening journey I have ever experienced. In my personal opinion, this company shows little concern for the safety and well being of its passengers.
Even though the staff already knew that the Panamericana road was closed due to a landslide, they still drove directly into the blocked area without informing us. We ended up stranded in the middle of the desert for 48 hours with very limited water, food, or working toilets.
The most terrifying part: When traffic suddenly started moving again around 3:00 AM, the bus left without us, even though passengers told the drivers that people were still outside. All our belongings were still inside the bus. We were completely exhausted and dehydrated, trying to chase the bus with the help of locals and once onboard, we were treated rudely instead of supported.
I felt unsafe the entire time and found the conditions inhumane and unacceptable.
For anyone traveling in Peru, I strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing a safer travel option.
