Worst campground, worst staff. Do not stay here
Canyon Hot Spring Resort的点评
点评：Staff is RUDE! Also they closed the hot springs “early” even though people were using them at the time and it was an hour away from closing. Immediately upon arrival was yelled at that hot springs aren’t included when we asked because we were confused by our booking site, and that showers were not either!?. They refused to break a hundred for whatever reason, (“there’s issues with Canadian $100s right now”?) so we couldn’t shower because we didn’t have 8 loonies on hand. Would not ever stay here again, will not be referring anyone and steering all friends and family that do the Banff road trip in any other direction. Would rate 0/5 if possible. Worst experience at a campground or hotel I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed in some questionable hostels. The lady running it was horrendous. Also save yourself the money and camp up an FSR, guarantee it’ll be prettier and you won’t have to deal with that woman
翻译：工作人员态度极其粗鲁！他们还“提前”关闭了温泉区，当时仍有很多人在使用温泉，而此时离关闭时间还有一小时。我们刚到就因为对预订网站的信息产生疑问而询问温泉是否包含在费用内，结果他们冲我们大吼，还说淋浴服务也不包含在内！！由于某种原因，他们拒绝接受百元纸币支付（“现在加拿大发行的百元纸币好像有问题？”），因此我们手头没有8枚1加元硬币，也就没法洗澡了。绝对不会再住在这里了，也不会向任何人推荐此地。我会建议所有打算去班夫自驾游的朋友和家人选择其他地方。如果可以的话，我会给这里打0/5分。这是我生平经历过最糟糕的露营地/酒店体验——而我可是住过不少质量参差不齐的旅舍呢。负责管理此地的那位女士简直糟糕透顶。另外，为了省下钱并获得更好的体验，建议大家直接在野外露营吧：那里肯定更美丽，也用不着忍受那个女人的气人行为。
