点评:Visited here as a party of three adults and three children on a Saturday afternoon. Thought the entry price of £49 in total was quite reasonable. We weren't entirely sure what to expect and I would say it's more an arcade than a museum. There are a few display cabinets with some 'artefacts' and information related to gaming but this is mostly a collection of game consoles with games available to play.
All in the adults in our party were in our 30s and it a lot of the games were a real trip down memory lane for us (crazy taxi on the dream cast)! And the two 8 year old boys we were with had great fun playing games from before they were born.
We spent a couple of hours here and everyone enjoyed themselves. We were also visiting with a toddler and there wasn't an awful lot for her to do but she did still enjoy sitting at a table doing some colouring.
As the afternoon went on, the crowd level increased and it started to become more difficult to find availability on games we wanted to play. The rock band set up especially was difficult to get a turn on and there was always a queue for it for the entire time we were there.
There were plenty of staff members around, all of whom were really friendly and happy to help you out with a game if needed. I'd be more than happy to return here again in the future.
