Decent escape room with good service, but only okay production value.

点评：1'II preface this by saying my wife and I have been to 70+ escape rooms so we're coming in with a higher expectation than your average newcomer. We did 2 rooms here, island escape and museum heist. As far as the puzzles go, id say these were closer to 4/5, as they were logical, well done, but not insanely hard (which isn't a bad thing). The staff was friendly and had no issues there, Zach and Nova were our game masters and did a great job.
The production value is really where they fall flat. Although the puzzles all worked (which isn't always the case) the rooms just weren't that immersive. They felt like themed meeting space (painted walls vs actual fake plants) and while I did appreciate the wave sounds and large volcano, I never felt like I was there. If I could id actually give them a 3.5 because of the service and puzzle quality and quantity, but the lack of immersion was a drawback.
