点评：As a couple with decades of global travel experience, we arrived in Madeira for the first time with high expectations, but Linda and Carlos completely transformed our visit into something truly special.
While they are every bit the consummate professionals you’d expect, they offered so much more than "standard" guiding. From the very beginning, they provided brilliant ideas for our planning, remained incredibly flexible on the day of our tours, and even followed up with care and advice well after our time together had ended.
What we appreciated most, however, was the "insider" perspective. Linda and Carlos shared profound insights into Madeiran life—from culture and education to the nuances of local politics and social matters. They spoke candidly about the sensitive subjects that travel books often gloss over. It felt less like a formal tour and more like having old friends or relatives share their genuine thoughts and feelings about their home.
