点评:We were so disappointed with this museum. It's not comprehensive in telling either the evolution of O'Keeffe's work or the story of her fascinating life. I don't know that much about her, but I knew more than was shared in this museum, which is pretty pathetic. We joked it was O'Keeffe leftovers; as such, it's a museum only for the most devoted fans of her work, who want to see anything more of hers that they can possibly see. For newcomers to her work, as my adult children were, they didn't come away with even a cursory understanding of the style of work she is famous for--a huge shortcoming. The museum does have a movie that might offer more insight into her life but, alas, "the projector is broken" meant we didn't get to see it--and no adjustment on the hefty $22 admission for that lost value. I say $22 is hefty because were a family of four and it maybe took thirty minutes to go through this museum? A waste of time and money and others should be forewarned to know what to expect before paying that much.
