2/10 overall could have been 10/10
Pirates Adventure的点评
点评：The pirate show was the night we visited, 3 of us, and we walked away feeling we had a good time near the end but not a good start. I believe they get you there so it’s sell sell sell, and that part is well organised, but that is it. The rest of the organisation of this event is dreadful.
Even though we were told to arrive no later than 5:30 PM, and we were actually there outside at 5:10 PM, we were still waiting outside at 6:10 PM. Some people in our queue had mobility issues and had to leave the line, it was just dreadful. We never got the seats we paid for at the front. When we mentioned it to a staff member, we were told they did not have time to get us to our seats. Even my food got taken away before we had time to finish it, and the sweet trolley arrived selling Pringles and Haribos while we were still having our meal before the lights even went down.
The staff need training. We were trying to watch the show while staff were standing near the bar talking loud, and a lady walking around, guessing she was some kind of marketing person, was filming and walking up and down which was just unprofessional. Bravo to the performers though, the talent saved the day. However, we would not recommend this as we would be embarrassed due to the poor organisation of the show.
My review is based on the overall night out and how we felt.
