点评：Visited today 21/12/25 my wife and me our daughter and two granddaughters the youngest is 9 years old. Stood in the queue for the cafe for coffee and something to eat. After a while a young lady came and we asked for a table for 5. There were a few tables with 4 seats and a family of 5 were just leaving. We were told the only table for 5 was in the outside covered area ( it’s December and raining) we declined and I could see another table for 4 in the corner and suggested that we would like to sit there and put an extra seat at the end of the table. I was told that it would be too warm in that corner as they had a heater or log burner nearby. I am in my seventies and did not wish to sit outside but the person I spoke to said that outside was the only place they had and was adamant that they could not accommodate us inside. When I said we did not want to sit outside my comment was met with silence and a stare. I said surely there is something that can be done there were some empty two seater tables but she was not prepared to look for any way to help and simply continued with the silent treatment. I told our group that we would have to go elsewhere if we wanted to sit together, we left without complaining or arguing realising that at this establishment you do things to suit them as they will do nothing to help you. I would rate customer service as a minus if that was possible
翻译：今天（2025年12月21日）我和妻子带着女儿和两个孙女（最小的9岁）去了这家咖啡馆。我们排队买咖啡和点吃的。过了一会儿，一位年轻女士过来招呼我们，我们问有没有五人桌。当时有几张四人桌，正好有一家人五口刚离开。服务员告诉我们，唯一一张五人桌在室外有遮挡的区域（现在是十二月，还下着雨）。我们拒绝了，我看到角落里还有一张四人桌，就建议我们坐在那里，然后在桌子后面加一把椅子。服务员说那个角落太热了，因为附近有暖气或柴火炉。我已经七十多岁了，不想坐在外面，但跟我说话的那个人坚持说外面是唯一的座位，不能安排我们在室内。我说我们不想坐在外面，她却沉默不语，只是盯着我们看。我说肯定有办法的，明明有几张空着的双人桌，但她根本不愿想办法帮忙，只是继续冷漠地对待我们。我告诉我们一行人，如果想坐在一起就得去别的地方。我们没抱怨也没争辩就离开了，因为我们意识到，在这家店，一切都得听他们的，他们根本不会帮你。如果可以的话，我真想给他们的客户服务打负分。
