Good tour of the Alhambra, transportation was not as expected.

点评：We booked a tour of Granada to include a guided tour of the Alhambra. The tour included transportation for four of us from Cordoba. The good first. Our guide in Granada, Nono, was excellent. knowledgeable, went at our pace, and kept our interest throughout. the timing was just right and we got to see all we wanted to of the Alhambra and surrounding sights.
Two items that keep us from a 5 star rating. First of all, we paid extra for this tour and transportation as we wanted to have an english-speaking driver that could point out sights of interest during the transportation to and from Granada from Cordoba. The driver spoke very little english and did nothing but drive. After two messages post-trip to the company, we did get an apology, but nothing else.
Also, the communication and coordination of our trip was very much last minute. We did not hear about where or when to meet our driver until just 2 days before the trip, and we did not get the name of the driver at all. As we tried to get information in advance, we were routed to book a new trip, not what we wanted.
So while we had a good experience at Granada, the lack of communication and having a driver that did not communicate with us made the transportation of the trip more stressful than it should have been. There were tours that were less expensive that did not guarantee an english-speaking driver and if we were to do it again, we would choose one of those.
