Christal Seas Scuba的点评
点评：Like most people I've hammered the Internet with online shopping but, for various reasons I'm falling back in love with physical shops; if they're any good that is. I visited Christal Seas for the first time this year as I was in need of a new set of fins, the last ones being lost after I drove away leaving them on the ground in a senior moment. (I didn't like them anyway.) Having visited Christal Seas to buy new ones, I'm writing this review to share the fact that I received warm, friendly and extremely helpful service from the moment I walked through the door.
I was enthusiastically assisted by Polly as I sat on a sofa and tried on various fins like a child in a shoe shop, and probably just as picky and annoying (sorry). Final choice made, I was then assisted with the selection of some new dive weights and a belt. Nothing was too much trouble, all while juggling the assistance of other customers including some that had arrived for a pool session. Agile multi-tasking at work.
I'm not local to Norfolk let alone Norwich, but given the choice I would wait another year for my annual visit to buy anything else I need as I recognise quality customer service when I see it.
Supervisors River, Bracken and Skye were taking the day off it seemed, given the heat; they lay on the floor wherever they could find a cool spot and left us to get on with it. They are another very good reason to visit in person, if you love dogs.
Currently I'm a snorkeller only, but if I ever switch to SCUBA then I'll be coming here to do my certification, I'm sure of that. Thanks again to Polly and team.

看来，主管River、Bracken和Skye那天休息了，可能是因为天气太热；它们找了个凉爽的地方躺在地板上，让我们自己忙活。如果你喜欢狗狗，它们绝对是你亲自来这里的另一个绝佳理由。
目前我只会浮潜，但如果以后想学水肺潜水，我肯定会来这里考证。再次感谢Polly和她的团队。
