点评:We visited KidZania Singapore yesterday with our two kids, and it was a very disappointing experience. For the high ticket price, the value simply isn’t there.
Several stations were closed, and the biggest issue was the lack of proper briefings or guidance for the children. Almost all the staff we encountered looked uninterested and unmotivated, and many seemed unhappy to be working with kids. The atmosphere felt unfriendly, and at times even hostile.
The firefighting activity was especially poor. No one explained the role or what the kids were supposed to do. They were asked to watch for a bit, sit on the truck, and were driven to the hotel setup—everything felt rushed, dull, and without any enthusiasm.
The Science Lab was even worse. There were no staff present, kids were left to play on their own, and the materials were not in good condition. The pizza-making activity required an extra SGD 12 top-up, which felt unreasonable given the already high entrance fee.
The only bright spot in our visit was the experience at the Parkway Hospital nursery and operation theatre. The staff member, Nayli, was kind, passionate, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made the activity enjoyable. She was the only person who truly made our kids’ day.
Overall, we left feeling that the experience was overpriced and poorly managed. We will not be returning.
