点评：We paid USD $140 for two people for the snorkelling adventure and were very disappointed with the experience.
We arrived on time at 8:50am for the advertised departure, however the boat did not leave until around 9:30am because staff were still collecting other passengers. We then travelled out to the snorkelling location, arriving around 10:45am, only to be told that conditions were too windy and it was unsafe to enter the water.
As a result, we did not get to snorkel at all. The boat then slowly returned to shore and arrived back at exactly 12:00pm, which was the scheduled end time of the tour. Food was only served right at the end of the trip.
What is most frustrating is that these tours operate every day and the operators would have been aware of the weather and sea conditions before departure. If the conditions were already unsuitable for snorkelling, the trip should have been cancelled or postponed before taking guests out. Additionally, due to the delayed departure, even if conditions had been suitable, there would have been very little time available for snorkelling before needing to return.
Paying $140 for what amounted to a boat ride with no snorkelling experience was extremely poor value. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but the lack of planning, late departure, and absence of any alternative, refund, or compensation made this a very disappointing experience.
