点评：Well worth the effort for fans of both hiking and the classic show. The total hike I would rate a 6/10 on the effort scale; I would think twice about bringing small children. Overall though it's doable. A few uphill sections that are a bit tough and you have to follow a creek bed for a bit as well. The bridge the crosses the water was out but there was a sign indicating it would be reinstalled. A few hikers put some logs over the span and it was easy enough to make your way across with some attention and balance.
The site itself is great. Few burned out vehicles from the filming of the series finale and of course, a replica of the famous sign. A few photo stands help you get your bearings relative to the tent locations during film and you can also take a short hike to the helipad location. There is a covered picnic area to take a rest at as well with shade netting.
