Amazing experience with Local Trekkers Peru doing the 2 day 1 night Inca trail.

点评：We had such an amazing experience with Local Trekkers Peru. We did both the 1 day Sacred Valley tour and the 2 day Inca Trail from Cusco. Everything was very organized, we were given lots of information in advance that helped us feel well prepared for both excursions, especially the trek. It seemed like they worked hard behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly and without us even having to notice. For example, they seemed to match the age/skill level of hikers in the trek so our paces and interests would be well matched.
They coordinated the complex ticketing system for Machu Picchu and handled changes in itineraries to make it a seamless experience. We felt like we were in good hands the and felt very safe with both the guides and the drivers.
And most importantly, the guides (Paolo for Sacred Valley and Paul for the Inca Trail) were phenomenal! The depth and breadth of information they had on the history and culture of the region was incredible. We really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to share both historical and personal perspectives and are super grateful to them both for making our experience so amazing!! We also appreciate all the photos they took of our group, to help us capture the memories forever.
We would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to explore Cusco, Machu Picchu, and we would love to return to do a longer trek one day!
