A FAR better experience for a fraction of the price!

点评：We were so lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem! We made an unanticipated visit to Custer and the other more popular horseriding companies were full, but we called Hollingsworth the day before and scored a 3 hour ride the very next afternoon!
I've done many of these horseback riding adventures on my travels, but this one tops the list! Their approach is unique, refreshing, and frankly genius! They walk you through the basics in the roundpen, have you do a test down and back on your own in the field, and then you're off!
We chose to do the first 1.5 hr guided along the trail that neighbors their property (very well maintained and perfect for a nice trot for only an additional $5 for the trail pass) and then the final 1.5 hr we went on an unguided adventure around their property.
Most of these horseriding experiences are a follow-the-tail-in-front-of-you type experiences. As someone who rides my own horse 1-2x per week, boring! Hollingsworth offered an experience I've never seen elsewhere! We got a private guided ride (just my sister and I) plus an unguided experience all for a fraction of the cost of other outfits in the area where the ride would have only been an hour and in a group of 8-12 people.
