Hub Bowling Lanes的点评
点评：I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley. The lane we were assigned continuously malfunctioned throughout our time there, making it impossible to properly enjoy the game. We repeatedly reported the issue, but it was never resolved.
When I asked for management’s information and requested a refund due to the ongoing lane problems, the young employee refused to provide either. What made the situation even more upsetting is that while I was there, I personally witnessed one of the employees give a white woman a $40 refund, yet my request was denied without explanation.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Management seriously needs to address both their equipment issues and how their staff handles customer concerns. Don’t waste your money or time at this establishment.
