点评：This is a great day trip place for hiking but would not recommend spending the night. As other reviewers mentioned it is right off the main road and logging trucks run through all night long. Our site was right next to the road and my husband kept thinking any moment a truck at night would crash into us. Cars on occasion at night just to be jerks would honk their horn while driving past even at 11 at night. The people who managed the place though did a good job considering this is a park. There is a nice creek with lots of tadpoles when we went in August 2026. There was a lot of algae bloom and was told July is the best month to visit to avoid the blooms and the water would still be warmish. Our kids loved everything about their first trip but all the cars honking and going by at night was rough for everyone.
