Scammed out of a Holiday (False advertising with little compensation)

点评：Absolutely appalling, arriving at the cabin we found that the sky light (directly above the bed) did not have the advertised blinds used to cover it when needing to sleep. When we questioned staff they said they had been damaged and taken down (they did not mention this to us at all, we had to find that out ourselves) they then offered no solution other than to have a maintenence guy drive in to town to get eyemasks (which did not fit) the only recompensation they offered was £50 off a meal at there restaurant, and £100 off if we want to book the cabin again (we dont). This was a £600+ stay at an accommodation we litteraly could not sleep in.
There advertising showed a blind on the roof, and specifically stated "Star gazing rooflight and blind" and yet this was not the case. This is the definition of a scam and I would have never booked this cabin if I had known that the blind would not he provided.

他们的广告上明明显示屋顶有遮光帘，还特意写着“观星天窗及遮光帘”，结果却完全没有。这简直就是诈骗！如果我知道他们不提供遮光帘，我绝对不会预订这个小木屋。
