点评：We booked our stay on 28th December in the Machan Shalu room, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The room was shabby, poorly maintained, and extremely small. It overlooked a marshy patch full of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to even step outside. The bathroom was mouldy, with rusted taps and a corroded showerhead. Hot water was another ordeal—it took nearly an hour after switching on the geyser.
Basic amenities were lacking. We were provided with only four tiny soaps, and towels were given only after repeated requests.
The food was mediocre at best. Lunch, breakfast, and tea were just okay, but dinner was outright pathetic. Whole prawns—with the head and vein intact—were served in the curry. When this was pointed out, the kitchen staff and Ms. Harshali responded casually, stating, “That’s how we prepare it,” showing complete disregard for hygiene and guest feedback.
It was evident that large groups were given priority, while other guests were left to fend for themselves.
The ambience was depressing, with no upkeep of the property. Outdoor game equipment was rusted, and the indoor game area was untidy and neglected.
Overall, this was a horrible experience and a complete mismatch with what is advertised.
