点评：Booked the 10:00 PM Kalamkaval show at PVR Forum Mall, and the whole experience was a mess from start to finish. Reached at 9:40, but we were made to stand outside Screen 3 until 9:56 because the staff said they were “still cleaning.” Families, kids — everyone just waiting for no reason.
When we finally entered, the torture continued with 13 full minutes of ads before the movie even started. Already irritated before the film began.
The security check was another nightmare. Felt like airport-level checking for no logical reason. There’s already screening at the mall entrance, so why does PVR need to overdo it and make customers uncomfortable?
And after the interval, it got even worse — the AC clearly stopped working properly. The hall felt warm and stuffy, making the second half extremely uncomfortable.
Add to that the overpriced food and completely average theatre quality. ₹290 for such basic seating is just unacceptable.
Overall, a pathetic, frustrating, money-wasting experience. Definitely not going back.
