Rascal Bay Adventure Golf To A Tee的点评
点评：This is supposed to be a place for children to enjoy themselves, yet the staff went out of their way to upset two young kids during the summer holidays.
They advertise being open until 6pm. My partner arrived at 4:50pm with our children and was refused entry, being told it takes 75 minutes to complete the course. We’ve been multiple times before and it has never taken more than 45 minutes.
When I returned to question this, I was then told they stop letting people on at 5pm — a completely different story. The staff member clearly didn’t realise we were from the same family. When challenged, she then tried to claim my partner arrived after 5pm, before eventually admitting he was there at 4:50pm. She then changed the story again, saying the last tee-off was 4:50pm, and only if we had booked online they would have been allowed in, but nowhere does it state this online or or on any signs, which even the staff admitted was wrong.
To top it off, we were told rudely to “come earlier in future.”
The result? Two very upset children left crying and disappointed over something that could have been handled with basic common sense and a bit of customer care.
Disorganised, inconsistent, and completely lacking in empathy or management oversight. There is simply no excuse for treating families this way.
