点评：What an amazing vacation. You will cherish it forever.
After a picturesque drive from Rome, my wife and I arrived at our resort on Sunday afternoon , and from there until Saturday afternoon Tuscan Women Cooks (TWC) orchestrated a fabulous experience.
Every part of the cooking tour was planned and executed flawlessly. Our group took over the intimate resort for the week. Breakfast with tons of coffee, fresh fruit, egss pastries and fresh juice was served each morning at the resort charging us up for the rest of the day.
Each day we took a luxury van to a different Tuscany location. We learned how to cook amazing dishes from local Nonnas. We had dinners, including wine tastings at 6 locations. Wednesday, we spent the day in Siena, including a personalized tour of the Duomo.
Our American hostess Coleen and local host Giacomo accompanied us the entire week. They added so much to the trip. The tour participants are limited by TWC. We had 11 guests ( 9 woman and 2 men ) during a week in October 2025. This was TWC 25th year in business. In fact, two woman in our group returned after touring the last time 20 yrs ago!
We learned and laughed and had a wonderful time all week. The food, the wine , the company in such a magical part of Italy was so special. TWC takes hundreds of pictures of everyone and everything and makes them available to the participants.
We all took part in hands on learning how making different pastas, various zucchini dishes, soups, tiramisu desert and much more. Includes was a tour a ceramics factory and a grain milling factory, the town of Siena, wine tasting, wine pairing dinners and it goes on and on. The food on this tour was over the top.
The tours book up quickly, checkout their very well designed website and their tour availability for next year, you won’t be disappointed if you join in.
