点评：Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking place selling fake goods and then acting offended when called out on it. Don’t worry though, Trading Standards can deal with that part.
In my case, they had “AirPods Max” sitting on the shelf with absolutely no visible signs saying they were fake. Naturally, I assumed they were just second-hand originals. Silly me for expecting honesty, apparently. Wasted £30 on them.
Within 10 minutes I checked the serial number, realised they were counterfeit, and went straight back for a refund only to be rudely told, “It says not original on the receipt” and “didn’t you hear me tell my colleague they weren’t real?”
Sorry, should customers now be expected to lip-read conversations you’re muttering to your coworkers instead of actually speaking directly to them? If you supposedly “told me,” where exactly was my acknowledgment? Because there wasn’t one.
Putting fake Apple products on display with no proper labels and then hiding behind tiny receipt wording afterwards is beyond shady. And £30 for fake AirPods? Be serious. Even counterfeit market stalls would laugh at that pricing.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed and spoken to like an inconvenience after the fact. Behaviour was appalling from start to finish.

除非你想被骗，事后还要被当成麻烦一样对待，否则千万别去这家店。从头到尾，他们的服务态度都令人作呕。
