点评：The Mall was near my accommodation ... walking distance. It was like winding time back to a time where small businesses worked together to give you an enjoyable local experience. The big names do not line the streets, these are smaller businesses reflecting the community they are in. They are woven among the historic neighbourhood and it gives you a very welcome feeling.
It does have an old world feel from a bygone era... Sundays for instance-- the area is devoid of people... it reminds me of the days growing up where Sundays were reserved for a family day rather than a shopping experience.
This area will either appeal to you ... or it won't. Depending on your own expectations.. for me, it was just a lovely area to spend time. To note, you will need to pay attention to the arcades that are leading off it.
There is a small playground in the centre area and there are information boards scattered around.
