Beautiful but service fell short
Tsillan Cellars Winery的点评
点评：We recently visited Tsillan Cellars for a wine tasting and dinner with a member, and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. While the location itself is absolutely stunning and the wine was quite good, the service throughout the evening was highly inconsistent and frustrating.
The Tasting:
The member was initially told conflicting things by Staff and we weren’t anticipating paying what we did. The service was slow and disjointed, though the beautiful aesthetic of the space kept it from being a total loss.
The Dinner:
Dinner at Sorrento's turned out to be a bit of a disaster. We specifically asked our waiter if there would be a split fee for sharing the lamb and burrata salad, and he assured us there wouldn't be. When the bill arrived, both items had the fee tacked on. It was a small amount, but it’s the principle of being misinformed that was bothersome. On top of that, there were multiple misunderstandings in the kitchen. The food took so long to arrive that our friends ultimately had to ask for their dinners to be packed into boxes to go.
The Resolution:
My friend reached out to the owner afterward to share our experience. She was very kind and offered us a complimentary make-up tasting. While I appreciate the gesture, given how poorly the dinner went, I feel that at least one meal should have been comped or a table discount should have been offered to make up for the kitchen's extensive delays.
It is a beautiful property, and perhaps we just caught them on an off night, but given the price point and the compounding issues, I don't think I will be returning.

事后，我的朋友联系了餐厅老板，告知了我们的经历。老板人很好，还主动为我们提供了一次免费的重新试吃的机会。虽然我很感激这份心意，但考虑到那顿晚餐糟糕到极点的体验……我觉得至少应该免掉一顿饭的费用，或者给予餐桌折扣，以弥补厨房严重的出餐延迟所带来的不便。
这家酒店环境不错，也许我们去的那天刚好是他们服务不顺畅的时候吧。不过考虑到价格以及接连出现的各种问题，我想我不会再光顾了。
