点评：It was a sad experience :(. The two stars is for the beautiful place and the staff who are trying their best, but the overall experience is beyond disappointing.
First, way too many things in the menu are unavailable. They give you a multi-page menu only for them to tell you that so many things are not available. One weird thing - they told us that specific items are not available, but when we asked for the birthday package we paid for which advertised said unavailable items, those items became miraculously available.
Second, regarding that birthday package - nobody coordinated with us. We inquired about it on the restaurant, only for them to say that we should coordinate at the front desk. That the front desk and the kitchen do not coordinate is already worrisome.
Third, now that I write this, I see the same complaints brought up by others years ago. I now wish I saw these before booking. They were never addresed. They just don’t seem to care.
