Amazing dolphin and whale spotting trip with George and his family

点评：This tour was fantastic. We were picked up from near our hotel easily by George and his son in a bus and taken straight to the port. It was a choppy day so getting on the boat was a bit difficult; if you have mobility issues then I would ask for more information before booking. The staff were very helpful with embarkation and everything went smoothly.
George took us to where a pod of wild dolphins had been spotted; George told us that the boats all communicate to share information on sightings. What impressed me is that they have a time limit on how much time each boat can follow a pod to make sure that they don't disturb the animals. The dolphins were nosey and we got fantastic sightings of them very close to the boat.
After this sighting, we went on a bit of a sail around Madeira; the staff shared information about what we were seeing. We anchored in a calm, quiet cove and swam in the ocean for about half an hour. Then it was lunch time - George's wife had prepared a feast, salad, amazing bread, stews, potatoes. It was all delicious. Being vegetarian, I couldn't have the stews - I had potatoes, salad and bread which was delicious, however was a bit disappointing when there were multiple meat and fish options and I had informed Tui previously. Nevertheless, the food was great and my friend said that the stews were delicious.
Throughout the tour, drinks were offered and included in the price - soft drinks, wine, water, tea and coffee were regularly distributed to ensure everyone was hydrated.
Once we had eaten, we sailed back to port and ended what had been an amazing trip. We definitely recommend this cruise and George and his family in particular.
