My kids and I continued waiting in line, slowly moving forward with everyone else. When my husband returned and joined us, we were confronted by a staff member—a very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional woman—who immediately started yelling at him, saying he had no right to rejoin us and must go to the back of the line.
We tried to calmly explain that we had been waiting the whole time and hadn’t entered the aluminum zigzag barrier yet, so we weren’t disrupting the line or cutting ahead of others. Despite this, she continued to scream at us in an incredibly hostile and condescending tone. It felt humiliating and completely unnecessary. We were paying customers, excited to visit, but this staff member treated us like we were doing something wrong simply because my husband briefly stepped away.
I am attaching images of this very rude, aggressive, and inadequate staff member who needs to be immediately fired. Her behavior reflects terribly on this establishment. As a representative of BigBearSnowPlay, her actions and attitude create a hostile and unwelcoming environment.
This encounter left a terrible impression. We came to BigBearSnowPlay expecting fun and family-friendly service, not aggression and poor treatment. I strongly urge the management to provide proper training for their staff and remove employees like this who treat customers so poorly. This experience not only spoiled our day but also made us hesitant to recommend this place to others.
