点评:This is a follow up to my review from January:
After their misleading ticket information ruined our January trip, we made the email "reservation" to go today 15 Feb 2026. This reservation was confirmed.
Yesterday, 14 Feb 2026, I emailed their customer service after I noted they stated that they were closed on the app, even though they were making misleading ads on their Facebook page as if they were open (See it attached here).
Their "ski" place was not open or operating!
I asked them how are "confirmed" customers supposed to reach the place if the road to reach the place was closed. See their email response to me: they said they were closed but would open the next day.
I had reservations. They never sent an email notifying me, or the other poor people that wasted 6+ hours round trip, that they decided to not open again.
It is almost criminal if they expect drivers to check their app constantly, as they drive a dangerous mountainous route, to see if they changed their mind at the last minute: an email is likely to produce a phone notification; their app or website does not.
My kid was heartbroken (and so where many others we saw at the gate), for the second time, because of this subpar "ski" resort and "operations".
They do not refund but are rarely operational, nor do they inform those with "reservations" that they decided to not open after responding by email that they would. They really DO NOT CARE that you wasted your money, mislead you at any point, dissapointing your family because you trusted such negligent business.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
It should be bankrupt and out-of-business but, I think, it is financed by the government, so they likely operate with such disregard: they expect no consequence. They could care less about the financial harm they cause customers (tolls, gas, tickets, hotels (in some cases)). SAVE YOURSELF, dont waste your money nor time. Go to Andorra, Spain, France... anywhere else.

千万不要上当受骗!
这家公司应该破产倒闭,但我认为,它是由政府资助的,所以他们很可能如此肆无忌惮地运营:他们认为自己不会受到任何惩罚。他们根本不在乎给顾客造成的经济损失(过路费、油费、门票、酒店住宿费(在某些情况下))。省省吧,别浪费钱和时间。去安道尔、西班牙、法国……去任何其他地方。
