点评:I recently did a jungle trekking experience and it truly left an impression on me. Even though we didn’t see many big animals, that honestly didn’t matter in the end. What made it special was everything else.
Spending three days disconnected from the internet, walking through the jungle, and sharing time with local people who actually live there and deeply understand the environment was something very powerful. It didn’t feel like a tour — it felt real🤗
One moment that really stayed with me was the bamboo rafting. It’s not something prepared in advance for tourists — they actually build it themselves with their own hands. Experiences like that make you realize how different life can be, and how much knowledge exists outside of what we’re used to🌞🌙🧡✨
It reminded me a bit of the Ha Giang Loop in Vietnam in terms of how impressive it is, but this felt much more raw and untouched. It’s not overcrowded or overly commercialized, which makes it even more special.
I think it’s important to approach this kind of experience with respect for the local culture and way of life. If you’re looking for something immersive, something that allows you to step out of your reality and experience a completely different way of living, I would 100% recommend it.
I also want to give a special mention to Sok Neas. He’s a young local guide (24 years old), and honestly, he can do everything — he cooks, he builds the bamboo rafts, he leads the way through the jungle… You can really feel how much knowledge he has. It’s not something learned from a book, it’s his life.
And finally, the bungalows of the trekking owner are also worth mentioning — especially for the banana pancakes. Without exaggerating, they were the best I’ve had in Southeast Asia❤️❤️❤️❤️
