点评：ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE – DANGEROUS AND PURELY ABOUT MONEY
This was hands down the worst kids ski school experience we have ever had. What we witnessed was chaotic, unsafe, and clearly profit-driven.
The group consisted of 15 toddlers aged 3–5 years old. Our child is 3 years old. There were ONLY TWO instructors for this entire group. Two adults for fifteen toddlers on skis is not just bad organization — it is irresponsible and dangerous.
Children were constantly falling over, crying, and unable to get up. Several kids were left lying on the snow for long periods because the instructors were overwhelmed and simply could not help everyone. Watching this as a parent was disturbing.
To make things worse, the instructors did not speak English at all, only German. There was no effort to separate language groups, which made communication impossible and increased fear and confusion for very young children who were already struggling.
This is NOT how you teach toddlers. Groups should be small, closely supervised, and language-appropriate. What is happening here is clearly about packing as many kids as possible into one group to maximize profit, with zero concern for safety or quality.
The price is over €105 per child including ski rental. With 15 kids, that’s more than €1,500 collected for a single group with only two instructors. The value provided is shocking.
When we complained, the response was essentially “sorry, no refunds, no discounts”. No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. Just take the money and move on.
This place should not be teaching toddlers under these conditions.
Avoid this ski school at all costs.
Rent skis yourself and teach your child — anything is better than this disaster.

每个孩子的价格超过105欧元，包含滑雪板租赁。15个孩子，一个小组就收了超过1500欧元，却只有两名教练。这样的性价比简直令人震惊。
当我们投诉时，得到的回复基本上是“抱歉，不退款，不打折”。他们没有承担任何责任，也没有试图解决问题，只是收了钱就完事了。
在这样的条件下，这个地方根本不应该教幼儿滑雪。
千万不要选择这家滑雪学校。
自己租滑雪板教孩子——任何方法都比这糟糕透顶强。
家长们：千万不要重蹈我们的覆辙！
