La Anita Rainforest Chocolate Tour的点评
点评：This family-run cacao farm exceeded every expectation. First the lodge and property is stunning. There are 10 or so beautifully appointed cabins surrounded by trails, rivers, rainforest, and ponds. Pure magic.
I stayed three nights and took the Chocolate Tour. It was so much more than I anticipated. Pablo is passionate about every step of the process; growing, harvesting, roasting, and creating what I now believe is some of the finest chocolate in the world. His mission is to master his craft and share that knowledge generously with guests. You'll quickly realize how little you actually knew about chocolate before this tour.
Expect plenty of tastings, real hot chocolate (nothing like the powdered stuff), and if you're lucky, a few extra surprises. Everyone in our group left impressed.
The location is ideal, some tricky roads, but close to several volcanoes and surrounded by natural beauty. Make this a part of your Costa Rica trip. You'll remember it forever.
