"Terrible Experience - Poor Communication and No Real Solutions"

点评：I rarely write reviews this harshly, but my experience at this escape room was absolutely unacceptable. I made a reservation three days in advance for one of their best and most popular rooms, fully expecting a great experience. Instead, I was met with poor communication, a lack of options, and a ruined evening.
On the day of my reservation, I arrived to confirm, only to be told that the room I booked was broken. They admitted they had known it was broken since the day before but never bothered to notify me. A simple call or email could have prevented this mess.
Their “solution” was to offer me the U-Boat escape room—a room no one seems to like and is widely considered one of their worst. After booking one of the best rooms, being offered the least enjoyable option felt like a slap in the face. They scheduled it at 6:30 p.m., which is completely impractical because most people, including me, have dinner plans around that time. While they didn’t know I had a 7 p.m. dinner reservation, it’s common sense to assume that 6:30 is prime time for dinner.
They provided no other solutions—no rebooking, no alternatives—leaving me with absolutely nothing to do on my vacation. All they could offer was a refund, which doesn’t make up for the wasted time or ruined plans.
This wasn’t about the money; it was about their lack of professionalism and their failure to value customers’ time. If they can’t honor reservations, they shouldn’t accept bookings in the first place.
If you’re considering this escape room, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Their disorganized and dismissive approach will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.
