点评:I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication I experienced while trying to plan my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. From the beginning, the communication was terrible, and instead of making the process smooth and enjoyable, it became unnecessarily stressful.
What upset me most was discovering that some of the young staff members were speaking about myself, my family, and even my guests. I find it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional for staff to speak negatively about a paying customer—especially during an important event meant for a child. However, I do want to mention that the manager truly tried her best to accommodate us. She was kind, understanding, and went out of her way to correct a lot of the unacceptable behaviour displayed by the staff. I really appreciated her efforts and professionalism.
Later, before the event ended, the owner arrived. I respectfully addressed these issues with him, expecting some form of accountability or at least acknowledgement. Instead, he completely dismissed my concerns and chose to take the side of staff who had behaved inappropriately. To have the owner disregard the experience of a customer—especially after everything that happened—was extremely disappointing.
Since sharing my experience, I’ve heard from several others who had bad experiences as well, which only confirms that what I went through wasn’t an isolated incident. Because of this, I will not be returning in the future.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude from the owner overshadowed what was supposed to be a special day. The manager was the only positive part of the experience.
